These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of QuickCaption ("QuickCaption", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Interpretation

Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Service:

  • Account means a unique account created to access QuickCaption and its features.
  • Company refers to QuickCaption.
  • Device means any device capable of accessing the Service, including a phone, tablet, or computer.
  • Service refers to the QuickCaption mobile application and related services.
  • Subscription means a paid plan that unlocks premium features.
  • Terms means these Terms of Service.
  • Third-Party Services means external platforms or services integrated with QuickCaption.
  • You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.

Acknowledgment

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You and the Company regarding your use of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
By using QuickCaption, you represent that you are at least 13 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to notify QuickCaption immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Use of the Service

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Upload content you do not have rights to
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the app or AI models
  • Interfere with the performance or security of the Service
  • Abuse free trials, limits, or subscriptions
  • Misrepresent your identity or ownership of content

Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of QuickCaption require a paid Subscription. Pricing and billing cycles are disclosed at the point of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your platform’s account settings.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

User Content

You retain ownership of the videos, audio, and captions you upload to QuickCaption.
By using the Service, you grant QuickCaption a limited license to process, store, and modify your content solely to provide the Service.
QuickCaption does not claim ownership over your media.

Intellectual Property

The Service and all original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of QuickCaption and its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickCaption shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to QuickCaption in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
Continued use of QuickCaption after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
